The defendant corporation appeals the denial of its motion to set aside a default judgment. The plaintiff sued defendant on an open account and alleged that defendant was a Fulton County corporation, and elected to serve defendant corporation “c/o Henry R. Nedza, 850 Holcomb Bridge Road, Roswell, Georgia,” but instead served the Secretary of State on November 19 or November 29, 1979.
