The arbitrator and Industrial Commission found that William Cruthis, an employee of the Superior Coal Company, was not -entitled to workmen’s' compensation for the loss of the sight of his left eye. On certiorari, the circuit court of Macoupin county held the finding of the commission was against the manifest weight of the evidence and set the commission's order aside.
