QUINN, Chief Justice.

The defendant, Michael O. Young, who was convicted of aggravated robbery, § 18-4-302, 8 C.R.S. (1978), and a crime of violence, § 16-11-309, 8 C.R.S. (1982 Supp.), appeals from the district court’s denial of his Crim.P. 35(c) motion to vacate his sentence of twelve years.
