The question presented here is whether the trial court erred in reversing an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy, confirming a real property arrangement under Chapter XII, Title 11 U.S.C.A., apparently on the grounds that it was not feasible, because it did not fairly and equitably afford the appellee, Boyd, a nonassenting creditor, adequate protection contemplated by Chapter XII.
