—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries and wrongful death, the plaintiffs appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Jackson, J.), dated October 16, 1991, which dismissed the wrongful death cause of action, (2) so much of an order of the same court dated December 6, 1991, which granted the defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and (3) a judgment of the same court entered January 24, 1992, which is in favor of the defendant, dismissing the complaint.
