SACK, Circuit Judge.
Andrew Zayac was convicted after a jury trial on several counts arising from his involvement in the kidnapping, robbery, and murder of a drug dealer. After rejecting his motion for a new trial and acquittal, the district court (Janet C. Hall, Judge) sentenced Zayac principally to two concurrent terms of life imprisonment.
