This suit was brought to-recover damages for mental suffering alleged to have been occasioned by the negligent failure of appellant to promptly deliver the telegram hereinafter set out. From a judgment in favor of appellee, appellant appeals and assigns error upon the action of the court in overruling its general demurrer to appel-lee’s petition.
