Tanner Rich O R D E R Defendant, Tanner Rich, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B)(vi), and 846 in May 2018. On August 29, 2018, this court sentenced defendant to 60 months of imprisonment and four years of supervised release.
