MORROW, Presiding Judge.
— The offense is the unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for one year.
The evidence discloses th; die appellant was in possession of equinment for making intoxicating liquor; that he had material from which it was made and some of the finished product in his possession; that he admitted that he had made, intoxicating liquor.
