—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from judgments convicting him following a jury trial of murder in the second degree and attempted robbery in the first degree and upon his guilty plea of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. He contends that County Court erred in denying his motion to suppress because his statements were obtained in violation of his right to counsel. We disagree.
