This action was brought by the defendant in error against the plaintiff in the district court of Otoe county to recover for personal injuries sustained by her from falling on a *290.sidewalk in said city while said sidewalk was obstructed by snow and ice. A verdict was rendered in favor of the ■defendant in error and judgment wras rendered thereon.
