This case was commenced by the filing of a voluntary petition by Goldschein under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on February 19, 1998. Related cases have been filed on behalf of National Medical Supply, Inc. (“Supply”), National Medical Services, Inc. (“Services”), National Medical Services of Maryland, Inc. (“Maryland”), and National Medical Systems, Inc. (“Systems”), which are entities owned and controlled by Goldschein. NationsBank, N.A.
