[¶ 1] Bruno S. Gauthier appeals from an order entered in the District Court (Lewi-ston, McElwee, J.) on his motion for further findings and conclusions as to an extension of a protection from abuse order entered against him on Louise P. Gauthier’s complaint. Bruno contends that the court erred in extending the order in the absence of any evidence or finding of abuse, and that the court exceeded its discretion in sanctioning him for requesting additional findings. We affirm.
