The above-styled action was filed by Ho-mac Incorporated (hereinafter “Homac”) on December 1, 1982, seeking to enjoin the repossession of a double-wide mobile home now located in a certain subdivision in Bar-tow County, Georgia, on the grounds that the mobile home became plaintiffs property by virtue of its foreclosure of the security deed on the underlying real estate in January 1982.
