This is an appeal from the action of the Court of Quarter Sessions confirming a report of viewers and dismissing exceptions thereto filed by the appellant, in a proceeding for the assessment of damages for the appropriation of a tract of land by the commissioners of Valley Forge Park, under the provisions of the Act of May 30, 1893, P. L. 183, and its supplements.
