*589In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by a stipulation dated March 17, 2006, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Molia, J.), entered June 2, 2005, as, upon an order of the same court dated February 28, 2005 granting the motion of the defendant Sayville Union Free School District for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it, is in favor of that defendant and against the plaintiffs.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
