The executor of a deceased testamentary trustee, upon the settlement of his account of the acts and doings of his decedent and upon the decree directing him to deliver the trust estate to the successor in the trust, asks that he *497be allowed commissions upon the value of the estate at the rates applicable to executors, as well as his disbursements for the services of counsel in certain litigation, which will be hereafter described.
