After an evidentiary hearing, the District Court for the Fourth Judicial District, Missoula County, deified Lawrence Sheppard’s pe tition for post-conviction relief alleging ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm.
The sole issue on appeal is whether the District Court erred in denying Sheppard’s petition for post-conviction relief.
BACKGROUND
