MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BENJAMIN E. FRANKLIN, Bankruptcy Judge.

At Wichita, Kansas, this matter came on for hearing on February 6, 1985, on debt- or’s application to avoid judicial lien under 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1). The debtor Nikki Dee Maus, appears in person and through her attorney Charles F. Harris of the firm of Kaplan, McMillan and Harris. The claimant Jesse R.
