This case was re-tried in the District Court of Fremont County, another Judge sitting, pursuant to the mandate of this Court issued as directed in Roy E. Hays Company, Inc., v. Wilde, 47 Wyo. 200, 33 Pac. (2d) 395, on substantially the original pleadings. The petition of the plaintiif is summarized in our former opinion, and it will not again be necessary to give its substance here.
