WARD, Judge.

The sole issue of this appeal is whether the Trial Court erred in finding that Bertha Mitchell was not entitled to worker’s compensation benefits for a knee injury. The Trial Court found that Ms. Mitchell did not prove that her knee injury was caused by a work-related accident.

On June 21, 1978 Bertha Mitchell, a custodial employee of the Orleans Parish School Board, was injured during work when she fell while picking up a mop on a wet floor. Mitchell filed suit in December of 1978 for worker’s compensation benefits, stating in her petition that the fall caused injury to her neck…
