This Court granted leave to appeal, limited to the issue whether the circuit court erred in granting General Motors Corporation summary disposition dismissing Darwin Ferrett’s claim of negligent evaluation. We agree with the Court of Appeals that the circuit court did not err in dismissing Ferrett’s claim of negligent evaluation.
