—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Spires, J.), rendered February 5, 1999, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, unlawful impris*324onment in the first degree, and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
