Carmen M. Hutchinson appeals, pro se, the trial court’s order dismissing her claims of “public records right violation,” “denying right to due process/Breached duties as investigators,” and “deliberate indifference” against Andrew Whaley and W. L. Fountain, detectives with the Gwinnett County Police Department (collectively “Defendants”). 2 3 In two related enumerations of error, Hutchinson asserts that the trial court erred in granting Defendants’ motion for lack of subject matter jurisdiction after finding that Defendants are entitled to sovereign and/or official immunity.…
