sitting for Me. Chief Justice Adams, delivered the opinion of the court.

The hoard of county commissioners of the county of Boulder obtained a judgment that Greorge A. Bichart “he removed from occupying” as living quarters a certain room in the building’ used as a county court house and jail in Boulder, and restraining him “from making use of said room not authorized by the Board of County Commissioners.” Bichart seeks the reversal of the judgment.
