Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review five determinations of respondent which *927found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Petitioner, while an inmate at Auburn Correctional Facility in Cayuga County, was charged in five separate misbehavior reports with violating certain prison disciplinary rules.
