This is an appeal from the verdict of a jury sustaining the will of Mary Wagonmaker. The testatrix died on the 20th day of February, 1925, leaving a will which purports to have been executed on the 30th day of November, 1920. Her husband died in 1914 leaving to her all of his property, which consisted of 65 acres of farm land near the city of Kalamazoo, two houses and lots located in the city of Kalamazoo, and considerable personal property.
