MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff in this adversary proceeding is seeking either recovery of assets or judgment in the amount of $327,147.00 from the defendant as a result of the asserted lack of reasonably equivalent value in the property division reached by the debtor and his wife in conjunction, with a pre-bankruptcy divorce proceeding.
