This action was instituted in the court of common pleas of Tulsa county, Okla., by Christy Quillm'an, as plaintiff, against the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, a corporation, to recover disability benefits specified in a certain certificate of insurance. The certificate being one issued by the defendant to the plaintiff pursuant to a policy of group insurance issued by the defendant to J. W. Jenkins Sons Music Company.
