By the Court.

Barbara C. Johnson (respondent) appeals from judgments of a single justice of this court disbarring her from the practice of law and finding her in contempt of the judgment of disbarment. We affirm both judgments.

*1661. Disbarment, a. Background. Following a hearing on a three-count petition for discipline, a special hearing officer made findings of fact and conclusions of law culminating in a recommendation that the respondent be disbarred. The Board of Bar Overseers (board) adopted those findings and conclusions, and filed an information in the county court recommending disbarment.…
