Defendant Gary Adams moves to dismiss this action based on the lack of personal jurisdiction, or, in the alternative, defendant seeks transfer of this action to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. For the reasons outlined below, both of Defendant’s motions are denied.
