Jarvis Barber was convicted of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and the trial court sentenced him as a recidivist under OCGA § 17-10-7 (a) and (c). The trial court thereafter granted the State's motion to perfect the record with certified copies of Barber's prior felony convictions and denied Barber's amended motion for new trial.
