Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Saratoga County (Hall, J.), entered August 8, 2016, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, for custody of the subject child.
Respondent Stephen E. (hereinafter the father) is the father of a son (born in 2006). Petitioner, who is not the child’s biological mother, was romantically involved with the father and lived at his residence with him and the child since the child was one year old.
