In an action to recover the value of personal property, predicated upon theories of, inter alia, negligence and conversion, plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Vitale, J.), dated April 29, 1981, denying their motion for partial summary judgment. The appeal brings up for review so much of a further order of the same court, dated August 14,1981, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.
