Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Farneti, J.), rendered July 1, 2003, convicting him of grand larceny in the third degree (two counts) and insurance fraud in the third degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
