In motion sequence 014, defendant Richard A. Grasso moves, pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7), to dismiss four out of the six causes of action brought against him by the People of the State of New York, by and through their attorney, Eliot Spitzer, Attorney General of the State of New York. The Attorney General seeks to enforce that part of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law which requires reasonable compensation.
