LOKEN, Circuit Judge.
This is a diversity case arising out of a complex oil and gas leasing arrangement covering land in McKenzie County, North Dakota. Plaintiffs David and Willard Burk appeal the district court’s1 grant of summary judgment dismissing their contract and fraud claims against defendant Nance Petroleum Corporation. Having concluded that the “net revenue interest” sharing agreement at issue is unambiguous and was correctly construed by the district court, we affirm.
