The following statement of the case was prepared by Mr. Justice Tayloe as a part of the opinion: The defendants in error brought an action of ejectment to recover the possession of a small tract of land in the city of Menasha, and lying on the southerly side of the north channel of the Pox river. The plaintiff in error assigns as error that the circuit court erred in its conclusion of lawr that the boundary line between the two lots 1 and 2 of said section 22 should be drawn perpendicularly to the thread of the stream from the point where the meander line intersects the government division line between said lots 1 and 2.
