Respondent was admitted to practice by this Court in 2014 and currently lists a business address in Tompkins County with the Office of Court Administration. In April 2017, respondent pleaded guilty in Tompkins County to the class E felony of attempted perjury in the first degree and was later sentenced to, among other things, a conditional discharge for a term of three years. By order to show cause returnable August 7, 2017, the Attorney Grievance Committee for the Third Judicial Department (hereinafter AGC) seeks to strike respondent’s name from the roll of attorneys based upon his felony…
