This matter is before the Court on the Motion of Richard Erdman for Relief from Automatic Stay and for possession of a belt pistol.
BACKGROUND
STN Enterprises, Inc., is a corporation which was organized on August 6, 1982. It has been engaged in the purchase and sale of collectible firearms and related collectibles doing business as “Atwater Arms.” Stephen T. Noyes was its president and sole stockholder.
