BATCHELDER, Circuit Judge.
Nathaniel Smith appeals the judgment entered on the jury’s verdict in favor of *49the defendants, Toyota Motor Corporation and Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. (“Toyota”), and the orders of the trial court denying Smith’s motions in limine in this product liability action. We AFFIRM the orders and the judgment.
