This action was commenced in the district court in and for Pottawatomie county, Okla., by the defendants in error, hereinafter referred to as “plaintiffs,” against the plaintiffs in error, hereinafter referred to as “defendants.” to obtain an injunction enjoining the defendants from assessing certain property formerly belonging to independent school district No. 92, and subsequently detached from school district No. 92 and attached to districts Nos. 30 and 30%.
