THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiff United States of America's ("Plaintiff") Motion for Default Judgment of Forfeiture in Rem ("Motion") and its corresponding Memorandum of Law in Support. (Dkt. Nos. 18, 19).

In its Motion, Plaintiff requests that the Court enter a default judgment of forfeiture in rem with respect to $6,700 in United States Currency representing 2,420 Puerto Rican lottery tickets ("Defendant Property"), pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(b)(2) and Rule G of the Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims and Asset Forfeiture Actions ("Rule G").…
