This is an original uncontested proceeding in discipline filed by the Disciplinaiy Administrator s office against Christopher E. Lucas, of Overland Park, an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Kansas.

The formal complaint filed against respondent alleges that the respondent violated this court’s order of suspension and violated KRPC 5.5 (2001 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 424) (unauthorized practice of law).
