ORDER

ROLL, District Judge.

Sami Fayez S. Aburahmah (“petitioner”) petitions this Court to vacate,’ set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. For the following reasons, the petition is denied.

BACKGROUND

In 1992, a federal grand jury sitting in Arizona indicted petitioner for the kidnaping of his estranged wife, Emerald Crawford Aburahmah (“Emerald”).’ See 18 U.S.C. § 1201.
