DUNAGAN, Chief Justice.

Appellee, Chloe Howie, was granted a divorce from appellant, J. B. Howie, on August 28, 1964, and custody of the minor child was given to appellee.- In the divorce decree, a brick veneer dwelling and other improvements situated on a two-acre tract of land, being the same property here involved, were held to be community property. The judgment made no specific finding concerning the two-acre tract of land upon which the dwelling was situated.
