Hayes Microcomputer Products, Inc. (Hayes) appeals from the trial court’s denial of its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and motion for new trial following the entry of judgment on the jury’s verdict in favor of Gary Franza and John Stuckey, former executives of Hayes, on their claims for libel, punitive damages, and attorney fees.
