STEFAN, J.,

John P. Apessos died on October 14, 1991. His will dated August 4, 1982, was admitted to probate on November 1, 1991, and letters testamentary were issued to Samuel Levitsky and Saul Levit. On January 2, 1992, the decedent’s widow (and second wife), Vasiliki Apessos, filed an election to take against the will. On January 27, 1992, the executors filed a petition to vacate the election on the grounds same is barred by the antenuptial agreement entered into by the decedent and his widow.
