This action was commenced before a justice of the peace. The complaint is. as follows :
“ The plaintiff, Levi D. Fuller, complains of the defendant, Nathan Milhollin, and says that on the 4th day of January, 1888, he commenced working for the defendant by the day, and that he worked one hundred and forty-four days, which is worth seventy-five cents per day, making one him*59dred and eight dollars, which is wholly unpaid. Wherefore the plaintiff demands judgment for one hundred and eight dollars, and other proper relief.”
