Petitioners Crockett Colleries, Inc. and The Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company (hereafter “Crockett”) appeal the decision of the Benefits Review Board of the United States Department of Labor (“BRB”) affirming an award of black lung benefits to Respondent James Barrett.
